Ya we have it all alright,

$2.42l gas, $2,000,000 fixer uppers, 7ft of rain from November to July, air you can't breathe in the summer, endless traffic, The NDP!

You can buy my place for $2mil if you like so I can move to Alberta.

I'm about done with this place.

Hated living in the the Van. area, myself. So refreshing to move North.
