This should be the last one I do for a while, Spring is here and now time to get outside and do some shooting and outdoorsy stuff. 3D printing turned out to be as addictive as airguns and the two together has kept me up at night.
Anyhow, presenting Diana Bandit in a Chaser Pistol grip and shoulder stock conversion.
The Chaser i got off the Forum had a lot of parts but not enough to have a grip or a stock. It came with the Thing for bottom of the pistol grip, the bolt to secure it and the shoulder stock, but no pistol grip. So I set out to make a complete kit and caboodle for it. I found a Chaser/CP1 pistol grip on-line, just the grip - the OP wanted a beefy target grip so made one and put it on Printables (thanks). I asked a colleague at work to laser scan the Thing for me and she gave me a .stl of it. Her name is Diane so she was tickled that it was for a Diana airgun. Anyhow, I used the .stl of the Thing to cut a inverse slot in the bottom of the Printables pistol grip and did some contouring in CAD, printed my modified pistol grip, made a threaded insert for the bolt, designed and printed a trigger guard, finally added a bit of epoxy filler and some sanding and Voila. here it is: Also a thanks to my friend and yours, YepYep, who answered my call for help via PM to take some pictures and measurements of his Chaser stock so I could design this thang!
