Howdy. I recently inherited my Dad’s 1979 BSA Scorpion when they decided to downsize to a condo. Everything is original, right down to the box. I’d like to get it serviced because I have no clue how long it’s been since it’s been fired so, if anyone has suggestions for repair shops in Eastern Ontario (Ottawa and surrounding) let me know.

A very wise move.
On these vintage BSA airguns, the piston buffers tend to harden up, and repeated firing will cause them to break up, often jamming the piston in the end of the cylinder, making a relatively routine rebuild, a very tedious one.
I'm sure someone will be along shortly that can handle the job.

Ottawa? Cibles in Gatineau. Some of the best around anywhere but give them a call first. Welcome to the forum.
