Hi
I am new in Canada and have been air gunning since I was 12 years old. I am originally from South Africa.
My first air gun was a Slavia break barrel.177and the collection just grew from there.
Prefer the PCP`s now but still have a passion for break barrels.

Hello Phoenix and welcome to the forum and to the country!
Where do you live?
I share your passion for break barrels (and under-levers). They remind me of my youth.
If you are in Southern Ontario we have a bunch of shooters that get together to shoot Field Target matches. Check out the Field Target section of the forum.

Slavia 618, .177 which I still have after `64 years.

The only repairs, after 10s of thousands of pellets, welding up and refiling the trigger sear surface, shimming the mainspring & replacing many breech seals. Still has the original leather piston seal.

7.9 gr pellet @ 375 fps

I doubt it did much better when new.

I am residing in Nova Scotia. Moved from Ontario last July.
Thank you for all the welcoming comments.

P.S. I do not have my Slavia anymore as when we immigrated, I could not bring my airguns with :(
