We were out shooting today with a Ruger 10/22 CO 2 pellet rifle. The magazine is stuck and we cannot get it out . Before I get in there and break something , has anyone had this experience ?

i'm sorry i can't help directly and that it seems no one around has had the same issue and is able to help... But if i can, i suggest grabbing Umarex's ruger 10/22 parts list and exploded view diagrams in order to maybe avoid breaking things while on your quest to free up that stuck mag.

Also, maybe this thr3ad can help with regards to disassembly of the rifle

Please, take pictures and detail your experience and post it on here, i'm sure it will be a valuable bit of content that can help folks with similar issues in the future!

Welcome to the forum, btw!

Take care, be safe and enjoy yourself!

You may want to use a long wooden, plastic or brass rod to push the pellet back into the magazine, it seems to be stuck halfway between the mag and breech. It happened to me a few times.

If that doesn't solve the issue, please post back.

Without having that happenned to me, that's exactly what i thought it could be after i posted my reply. I figure the magazines are somewhat similar to Crosman's 1077 which can be prone to being stuck in the rifle also.

Please, keep us posted!

I'm not familiar with 10/22 airgun, but as the person above me mentioned, I imagine it is similar to the 1077. The 1077 had this sorted out by being able to easily move the barrel forward.
