Does the Silhouette use regular 11mm rail? If so, maybe this kind of small dots for the modern pistol won't fit... Need to read through the fine prints...

100%, always verify for fitment.... I think there are various mounting plates that can be purchased separately?

You may want to scope it first~ just to get a feel for what the L/W bbl likes to shoot. Mine is minute of gnat's genitiia at 12 meters with the R-10 pistol match pellet, and is one of the few airguns I own that would benefit from a scoring plug.
It is not a small pistol by any stretch of the imagination.

I've been doing exactly this. I can't put this thing down! 8) I ended up ordering a red dot from amazon, with a mounting plate.
