Factory hammer pin guide(action piston seat) broke and nobody sells crosman part C213-W6–T3
Started with a 1/2” solid steel rod and made this yesterday
This one won’t break. Can be used on the crosman M4 style Airguns
Cheers

Looks nicely machined. I wonder what the increase in weight will do to the shot cycle and other parts in the gun? Let us know how it shoots. If it's too heavy you could machine one out of Al alloy, it will be 1/3 the weight and likely stronger than the OEM part. :drinkers:

Thanks Duke
The weight concern has crossed my mind, I’m going to try a mag of 25 shots later today (presently 0 C here) I think I’ll honeycomb the new one like the original
I used a drill press, 1/2” drill, files, dremel tool, sand paper
all old school I don’t own a lathe
Some specs started with a 50mm piece finished at 48mm, centre hole is 3/16”
OD of finished piece is 12.1mm
Cheers
