I had the same concern in last time's promotion... But at last I didn't regret buying the 48 at the last minute~ The over penetration power of the 177 magnum is a little bit too much tho...

I don't have a problem with over penetration, but do not like handling .177 pellets. They are difficult with my 73 year old thumbs for fingers.
A break-open springer isn't bad, but fiddling with the little beggars in tight locations is frustrating.
