Anyone ever order from krale and have them ship to Canada? What was the process like? And realistically what are the chances it gets confiscated at customs?

Really it depends on what you purchased. If you are allowed to have whatever it is you purchased, than you are fine.

I bought a regulator from them and it was fine.

Expect some delays if you bought a gun, but as long as it is legal and cool for you to own it its fine.

My only issues was getting people from Spain to downplay their labels for a sub-400 pistol. If you stayed out of the pistol game and stayed legal/legit with a rifle, it'll be fine.

See I said fine a bunch of times and I ordered from Krale. Ok?
