Hi, new to the forum. Recently got a p226 airgun was wondering where abouts one could goto shoot as I live in an apt and don't have the option of building my own basement range.

Welcome to the forum. One way is to go for a drive into the country and introduce yourself to land owners, farmers or other people
and ask permission to shoot your air guns on their property.
Other than that, join a range.
We (the club I belong to) just had a 3 hour shooting session on our indoor range today which will happen twice a week all summer.
There were 4 of us, so not crowded at all. Lostsa fun.
Here are two of the targets I shot, both at 50', only 16'7 yards. Pretty sloppy, but found out the PP700 S-A likes Hades pellets as well.
5 bull 10 meter target was with my HW97 in .22 cal. The 10 meter pistol target was shot with the PP700 with 2 sight setting changes. It has an old
Tasco red dot sight, with which the red dot is kind of a slanted red thing.

Thanks for the advice, and nice groupings. Unfortunately there is a serious lack of indoor ranges around here, closest one i know of is a 2.5 hr drive to another province. There is an outdoor range but they require a PAL for membership and I'm not sure if they are airgun friendly.

Checked into it the local range is a complete nogo until I get my PAL. I do know someone who runs a local paintball/airsoft field might be able to work something out there.
