:) I think you should pretty sure about the chicken and shrimps... Then I can list something else you didn't see (hidden on the second layer...) And something you were not very sure about...

This special plate is kind of ppl living in southern China could eat in the new year eve... Like turkey / eggnog in Christmas time..

Besides the vegetable, chicken and shrimps, I have pork trotters, dried mushrooms, abalones, Tou-Fu, lotus roots, pork skin and sea cucumber.

Total 10 different foods here means 10/10, prefect.

Foods were cocked individually and put together nicely then reheated Before sending to the table...

Tofu is the yellowish square pieces on the left top because they were fried...

Sea cucumbers are the black stuff on the bottom left besides the yellow color chicken and the pork skin (right side of sea cucumber) and pork trotters (on the top of the sea cucumber)...

Canadian version new year feast, with chicken ball, sweet and sour sauce, sweet and sour pork, lo mien noodle, and of course fried rice!

I love these foods too~ and of course the BBQ Pork and the Gu-Lo Pork (Sweet and Sour Pork)~
