Got these the other day. Colt comes in a nice box, Schofield in a disgraceful blister pack.

The Schofield is really nice, I like it. Well made, heavy etc. I ordered the dual grip package but think I like the brown grips better.

It is not as smooth as the Colt's, but the Colts are REALLY nice. Think I have 4 or 5 now.

The Colt is just like all the other Colt Single actions, really sweet. I wanted to get the longer barrel version just because.

I've shot both indoors at maybe 7 yards. 1" is pretty common but if I had a bench here they would be smaller, plus the open "sights" are pretty rudimentary. Point and shoot guns.

Bottom line, happy with my purchases from Tony at ARK, glad I bought these.

Schofield off bag at 6 yards.

EDIT: It shoots to Point of aim, but I'm an old bullseye shooter and have shot tens of thousands of rounds at 06:00 hold. Tough habit to break :) :)

I just bought my first Colt SAA and man are these great! I'm amazed at how smooth the action is. I also have a Colt Python and it hard and gritty nowhere near the SAA.

The 7.5 inch is probably my next buy, with a Schofield close second, it looks gorgeous!

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun
