Wondering if it is a big job to replace a new trigger assy.for the stoeger x50 does the pin in the barrel and the spring have to be Removed for replacement? Or will it be too complicated and best left alone.
Any help or suggestion appreciated. Thanks.

From what I can see on the net, your rifle is a clone of many Crosman rifles, a.k.a a B19 clone. Yes you will need to remove the cross pin and spring guide block to remove the trigger group. Not such a big job, but if you don't have a spring compressor, it may be a challenge. You can build a compressor rather easily and for a low price, just google ''spring compressor for break barrel rifles''. Just don't forget to work safely, those main spring are sometimes under great pressure.

If you only need to replace the trigger blade itself, you don't need to remove the trigger group. Just remove the action from the stock, and remove the pin indicated by the red arrow in the picture. A small screwdriver or needle nose pliers will be handy to remove the E-clip that locks the pin in place.
