Since the majority of the action is behind the trigger group, is this a bull pup?

Considering a 550gr. bullet at 760fps and 705fpe - wonder what it would do with my lightweight 370gr. FN??

The suggested retail price on the Hammer is $799.99.

If they made it that if the receiver is part of the stock and if you remove it. It cannot be fired than it should be legal.
