Didn't intend to do so, but my grip panels ordered from Russia some days before I placed my HW45 order to D&L arrived the same day ~ double happiness ~

However the grip panels were said to make for real Colt 1911, and slightly difference on the screw holes. Position the same, but obviously on the real fire arm, the screw will have a bigger head and deeper treads...

Finally have some time today and sunk the outer hole a bit deeper to use the same screws to put the panels on ~

The panels are little bit thicker, fits much better than the factory panels IMO. Nice lighter color ~ love it!

BTW, I like the eagle badge of the Russia Post office too ~ [emoji16]ImageImageImageImage
