Anyone know anything about this reticle? It’s a Centerpoint 4-16x40. Do they have any correlation to actual Mildots?

I don't think so, it looks more like a caliber specific reticule.
The dots are not equidistant and increase in spacing the lower you go.
May be set up for drops, 100,200,300,400,500m/yds.(centerfire) or 50,75,100,150m/yds.(rimfire)

Negative - only by accident and only for one of the spaces as they are or appear to be different.

Bullet drop compensator (BDC) reticle. On mine its set to 1.5/ 4.5 / 7.5 and 11 MOA (only true at max magnification, not a CP scope).
