So I was shopping online for a tank cylinder 4500 psi 13ci to 22 ci
I found a few with regulators and shop some more and found many with no regulator
so I Educated my self in quality of product and company I was interested in.

well I notice my by my self a discrepancy that could be costly to someone.

Advertise 4500 psi tank where in fact 3000 psi tanks and only the regulator was 4500 psi
so if your shopping for a tank or cylinder read very carefully.

I ended up buying a 450 milliliters tank almost 1/2 a liter, that should fit on my airgun if measurement given are good so it should fit tight but fit.

so the Brand I chose is a Bozo funny name. : get it?:

Yes I saw that too. 3000psi bottles with 4500psi regs.
Turns out the 2" diameter aluminum tanks can actually go to a lot higher than 3000psi and while I dont recommend it (and you will never hear a retailer saying it's OK) many paintballers charge them beyond 3000. I hand pump mine to 3500. I have a 3.8k burst disc on the tank side of the reg. The burst pressure on a 2" tank is very high, like 15000psi.

It's like the Smart cars. You would think they would crush in an accident cuz they are so small but small is also rigid.
I also think I read here that the 2" dia. aluminum tanks never need hydro testing cuz they are so strong cuz of their small diameter.

Bottom line: don't overfill any pressurized container. Were protective eye glasses.

OK how about this analogy...

Try standing on a small cardboard box like a ring box. It can take a lot of your weight.
Now try standing on a large cardboard box. Even if reinforced with packing tape your foot will probably push through as it collapses.
Small is rigid.

that's because you are adding pressure to the ends which are the strongest parts
