Just looking for a decent budget scope for a magnum springer....something that will withstand double recoil. Of course I'd prefer something with variable power with an adjustable objective....but the main thing is just a scope that holds zero and has clear optics that will hold together... I'm on a pretty tight budget, so I'm trying to find the best bang for buck. Any help will be much appreciated and a big thanks in advance Sent from my B3-A40 using Tapatalk |

topic81261.html?hilit=springer%20scope I have a Discovery 3-9x40 on a Airhawk shooting 946FPS with .177 and 8.6 grain. So far no problem. Have 3 UTG scopes on mid range springers. Not sure what constitutes a "magnum" springer. Discovery 3-9X40 was cheap enough to give it a shot and see. $100 and a nice clean scope I will buy more for my powder burners if needing a scope. Did buy a Hawke scope which I love but thought it was a waste of a good scope on a short range pellet gun so it now is on my 22-250 for long range power burner shooting. Good or bad or if I have been lucky I have not had any troubles yet and hope I don't. I shoot at least 500 pellets a week mainly split between 5 main springer rifles. CHEERS! |
