Post subject:  Crosman 1322 ,...knitting needles ...

....So,....on average, how long should a 1322 will hold pressure ....5min. ? ....10min. ? .... 20min.? .......Also, I've discovered plastic knitting needles make great 'cleaning' rods for pistols, ...They come in all thicknesses and are labeled 4.5mm.,5.0mm.,5.5mm, etc. are about 14.5" long and have a nice button on one end (can be cut to length)....Usually about 10cents each at any Salvation Army ....

Great idea with the knitting needles....never thought of that....

1322 hold air indefinite on mine

cut-down to 1", muzzle loaded pistol bolts? 8)

yep, considering they are to be stored with a single pump. keeps the seals swelled, and swell.

is the same true for a single pumper like the P17?

Too long to be stabilized by the rifling...

Make sure you get plastic.. There are some metal ones that look like plastic. They will really mess up your barrel.
