Does anyone know what's up with Scopes and Ammo? Just one response to numerous emails, no response to voice mails. Would like to get accurate cost of item before ordering. Shipping quote on website is ridiculous. I do hope that Eric is OK. Grunt |

Well I noticed that most airguns are on sale. It's like hes just getting out, or business is tanking. |

That is a great price he has on the Qb78d barrel. Too bad he isn't responding. If you've had good dealings with him in the past I wonder if you just paid the shipping and then asked him to ship it Canada post and refund the extra cost? I've heard the airgun forum store does that but I don't know about scopesandammo. Cant beat the price on the barrel anyway =) Sent from my EML-L09 using Tapatalk |

I have had many dealings with Eric in the past and spent a fair chunk of change with him. Have always been satisfied, but this current lack of communication isn't exactly conducive to trusting in a response for a refund request. Grunt |

I can attest to having successfully done business with Eric. He's not the most prompt on Emails...and the subject line needs to be very clear. As for the phone, I've left messages and he's returned calls in the evening. Maybe mention you're a 'returning customer' and need a shipping quote clarification. I get the need to be patient but....... 3 weeks is a bit much. Have one response with acknowledgement of item in stock. Sent a reply confirming my willingness to place order, with no response. If I ran my business that way I would be out of business. Grunt |

Well that's it for me, six weeks, numerous emails and phone calls with just one response of "yes it is in stock". Bit of a bummer as Eric has always been really helpful in the past. I hope he is well but I would be hard pressed to buy from him again.  Grunt |

I've had two recent transactions with Scopes and Ammo, without issue. Some Brass enhancements for my QB78 (Muzzle Break, Bolt, Reservoir Cap and Barrel Clamp) just arrived yesterday to the West Coast within one week of order. FedEx shipping rates were a little steep, but spread across the four items, acceptable. Not sure why you are having a problem communicating with Eric -my emails were answered quite promptly.
