Just acquired a 2289G so was wondering if its important to keep 1 or 2 pumps in the gun after each use for healthy seals or is it instead detrimental to the gun overall to keep pressure inside it for days or weeks...

I was told to do so... However I am not sure when and how I did after my last use of my 1322 some time ago... Looks everything just runs as smoothly as it should...
