I hear that police forces all across Canada, have been asking for more regulations on replica handguns (inc. airguns).

I suspect it's only a matter of time.

BTW Cabela's in Winnipeg sold a lot of theses CO2 BB Uzi's, when they were selling them 3 or 4 years ago. They were always putting them on sale for $129.99. The staff behind the airgun counter told me they couldn't keep them in stock. And the people that bought them, were not the regular airgun customers. They didn't even ask or look at CO2 or BB's. Just bought the airgun. I think that tells you something. Go figure.

The police have no choice but to treat anything resembling a firearm as a lethal weapon and act accordingly. In today's society should toys imitating firearms be allowed? If you're going to give a kid a gun it should be treated as such. Next time it could very well be a 10 year old kid.
