I polished the trigger and when putting everything back together. The safety on the right side if you in a stance position keeps falling off. It seems they have a brass little barrel inside. The 2 safety come into one, but nothing else is holding it on. The left safety is fine with no problem.

Also there was a little spring inside not sure how it fit, but everything seems to be working....thank god it's back together lol...

Anyone torn there down?

Greg

The real (powder burner) one, yes - that one is different.
On the 1911 colt, the aftermarket ambi-safeties are one piece.

The pin that hold (pivot) the back safety and the hammer (I think) should get true on the right side about 1/8 and provide for the slot on the inside of the right safe lever...

On the picture the pin is incorrectly (not pushed far anough) inserted...

File comment: left down is the slot and top right is where the pin should stick out about 1/8 so the engage in the slot...

Both sides of the safety work fine, the left side just keeps falling off. If you look, the post on each safety that go inside have a brass cap around them and one pin is notched so the other pin slides into it.

That little spring happens to be the firing pin spring whoops....that's why it's not shooting any co2 but dry fires fine Back in I go, i just watched a video i see how the spring goes now....thank good for you tube!

4:20 he starts putting in the safety.

Shows he put in the right side first, the bushing, then the left.

Tip for the plunger spring detent is push it in with a screw driver, as you push in the safety.

On a 1911, the safety will keep the hammer pin in. If you try and use the pin to hold the safety it will back out. posted a video on the disassembly of it. He seems like it put it in backwards. Need to start with the right then the left.

on the right side the pin is not flush, it must stick out so it catch in the slot inside the right side safety, it's that slot that prevent it to fell off.

File comment: left circle is the screw holding the left side safety, the right circle shows the part that must stick out so the slot on the right safety lever engage into it.

Sorry late getting back....Thanks for all the help and videos i never seen:) The pin is sticking out some it's just the way the pic is everything is back together and greased. Very happy!

I have to say I really love this thing, with a little laser underneath, it fits my hand great. My first blow back was that sig x5 open bb but it felt big in my hand. So lately I was wondering about the Sig M17 320 pellet, also the P226 more like to try the M17 like to check one out, just trying to get get some cash together
