Hi folks ,
I have to tell ya, this is a much better rifle than the first time I chatted here about it. Wow did the .30cal break in well !? Smooth as a gas ram light to cock spring heaven. Wow I got that Quatro trigger allen thing to brake at 1 lb and a crissssp let off wow It was addicting. And that's just after playing with my FX Impact MKII .25.
I decided to put 50 more rounds in the big plastic beast and only after 1 shot, a smile came a pone my face only familiar to me from when I was a kid.
Shooting healthy as always 31.5 Ft/lbs of energy (44.75) the 130 Hatsan .30cal put all my plinking shots in all the bulls eyes from 10 yards out. At wood, steel, old phones and chest nuts. Of course a target on the brick wall for making sure. It was easy because of the Quatro Hatsan trigger. ( I never thought I would ever say that ) Standing non assisted shots only with a special hold from my AR15 shooting days.
I had to adopt a different hold on the rifle. Still an artillery hold but from the side like you would an AR15. The recoil of the .30cal was damaging my palm and wrist. I'm still a big guy with construction hands but it is a synthetic stock so ...
Believe me it shoots only where the cross hairs go and it's a weird satisfying feeling to put that much pay load, down range so quietly so smoothly with a self contained shooting air system to boot ... wow.
I'll be doing 50 yard groups for fun but mainly power demonstrations from a slow moving 45grain pellet or Slug. Now that this amazing $400 dollar power house destroys in the accuracy department
(Luckey trigger ;) ) we can now see next how it carries and shoots in the woods. Diana 460 was king for us up north. Now The Turkey gun might whip the German's tail.
