If you are buying a match air rifle like the Feinwerkbau, then just buying a hand pump won't work unless you get an adapter. Most of these match guns are made to remove the air cylinder for filling directly from a scuba tank and they have cga threads that screw directly into a scuba tank valve. So you would need to get an adapter that goes from those threads to a male quick connect. I have some adapters here in my shop if you do end up getting the gun. I have hand pumps for sale as well. I’ve purchased my second used SCBA 4500 psi tank from a company in Edmonton I believe or somewhere around there. Both tanks were in great shape with around 3 years life remaining. It cost right around $200-250 shipped to NB with fresh hydro. 2 different scuba shops fill it to around 4200 psi for $10. The 60 minute tank I have now fills my Airguns many many times so to me it’s been well worth it.
