With the weather warming, I am going to be doing shooting out doors again.

What I think would be helpful is to have some sort of target apparatus that is just always there stuck in the ground, and ready to be shot at any moment.

I've seen some smaller options online on sites like Peavey Mart, Canadian Tire, and Walmart, etc, but what about some larger one's with more targets to shoot at?

Does anyone know of any that might be what I am thinking of, and where to get them?

If there's not anything larger, maybe just get 3 of them and space them out a little?

That'll work. Just keep it well lubed to prevent rust. RIG is a good grease for that.
I suspect a synthetic grease from CT would also work.

Oh for sure, thanks for mentioning that and reminding me about that, I will certainly look for some lube, I may already have a fitting option in the workshop anyways which may save me some money, if I am lucky.

One other thing I just remembered is that we have some nasty winds here at times, like 60km/h sometimes even 90+, it can get really bad out here. Simply sticking the targets into the ground regularly will not cut it, I will need to think of a proper way to secure them in place. A couple years ago, our neighbors across the street only secured their shelterlogic "shed" the regular way, we had a massive wind storm, and the frame caught air, flew across the road, landed on the roof of our car severely denting it, bounced off, and then caused some damage to our front porch ceiling. Luckily their insurance did pay for our car's new roof, and the materials we needed to buy to repair the porch ceiling weren't that expensive. I know better than to underestimate the local wind, lol.

Rob G on here Makes great targets. His KYL ( know your limits targets) might be just what you are looking for and are pleasure to shoot. I own a large and small set of KYL targets and love them, such fun to shoot. Best of luck in your shooting .

I lube my targets with Rem Oil in the spray cans. Targets have been outside for seven years and are still working. Rem oil drys, but forms a barrier to water. I have the KYL targets from Rob G and have not even painted them; I just spray them with Rem Oil from time to time. Some spray paint the paddles for more visibility, but I just shoot them as they are. I do not need to see the hit, since it spins if you hit it. I have paper targets if I want to see the precise location of hits; spinners are just fun to hit.

I found Rob G's post about the targets in the for sale section. While they are a good concept, they are not what I am currently looking for.

I am currently looking for more "fun" "easy to hit" targets just for my own plinking enjoyment, and for when family/friends come over.

"Easy to hit" is a relative thing. As your skill increases you will soon be moving targets further out or making them smaller to keep the challenge. Without the challenge they soon get boring

Oh for sure, totally correct. I will probably get my own smaller/further targets at a later date, though just not now.
