I was able to get enough shots in, to establish the best slug for accuracy and it was the 280 gr swaged slug. Took just under 5 minutes to fill and 45 seconds to empty (4 rounds). Spent $60 in slugs. Attachment: comp.jpg [ 488.05 KiB | Viewed 228 times ] |

What rifle? Hammer? I watched a U-tube video of a guy shooting Eland in Africa with one. Seems to me, he used a 350gr. HP. The slug ended up under the hide, off side. Eland went maybe 40 yards. I don't have moulds for anything under 368gr. in .50. |
