Hi there!

I'm from Shawinigan, Quebec.

I just found this forum and got registered. I started a "pistols collection" a few months ago and I'm glad to see that other people share my new hobby.

You can see pistols I already own in my signature above. I'm interested in some others, and I do prefer good replicas such as Cyberguns.

If you guys know some good replicas I don't have, my ears are wide open.

Your new member,

Finch.

You already own the best of the best, the cream of the crop in the GSG 92, TW1911 and SIG P226
Umarex used to make a nice little Glock replica, if you can find a nice used one... The Magnum Research Deser Eagle, not the baby eagle the BIG one is also a great pistol to own.

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

Yeah that's what I've read about the DEagle (the big one). I might look at this more seriously.

Can you provide me the full name of the Umarex Glock replica? I like those police guns... :)

The Umarex one is previously SA177, now it is known as the 9XP, a good gun with blowback (light slide) but it is DA only, but you will get 100 shot's by CO2. Quite accurate to.

KWC model is the SW40F Sigma. Real heavy blowback, SA and very hungry on CO2, 45 to 55 shot's.

X2. You've got some great ones there, but the list of possibilities equal to the Tangfoglio Witness, or the GSG 92, or the Dan Wesson 2.5 revolver are almost endless. There are at least a half-dozen more models in the Dan Wesson line alone, for example. There are also enough versions of the 1911 (e.g., your Tangfoglio Witness) that are excellent.

It all depends on what you are looking for and what you are going to use them for. There are pellet guns and BB guns, modern guns and period guns, non-replica but high-performance guns, the possibilities can drain the largest of pocketbooks.

Take some time to go through a heavily graphic and informative website - I recommend http://www.replicaairguns.ca - to get a feel for what's available. Then when you've locked down a "genre" for your next purchase, tell us what you're looking for and, with some specifics, we can help a lot more.

Happy hunting!

P.S. I think there may still be an SA177 for sale in the For Sale section. It's main attraction is it was discontinued because it looked too much like a Glock - it's not a great build, nor is it a terrific performer. In the genre of polymer semi-automatics, there are a lot of average replicas, similar to the one you have, with a different look (close up). As was mentioned, the Desert Eagle is a stand-out in that genre; It's realistic, it's a pellet gun, it's accurate, and it's unmistakable in its design. It's also expensive, but it won't be like all of the other guns in that genre.
