Been On and Off with this hobby. It's been 20 yrs since I last shoot a BB gun. But now I have a little more time, so back again.
Dang is so hard to find a BB Gun Club in Vancouver. Seems like non existant. Anyway learning lots from this site already.

Thanks
Danny

Eh! Another British Columbian. Good on you! Welcome to the forums. Hope you've learned as much here as I have. There are so many answers and information here it is a wealth of knowledge. I don't know of any specific BB gun clubs in Vancouver but they are usually allowed to shoot at a regular gun range too. Either that or you'll generally get stuck shooting in the house, so noisy neighbours and lookyloos don't call the police. Best of luck man!

The main place I go to shoot is out in Mission. I live in Vancouver as well, but it's worth the trip to go once a month for sure.

Whenever it says "Air Gun Field Target" is when we shoot. Usually the last or second last Sunday of most months!

There used to be a low powered airgun range in Richmond, but it's shut down for now.

Welcome!
I'm in Chilliwack, and I guess I'm lucky because I've got about five acres to shoot and my neighbors don't mind. :D

Thanks Guys for a warm welcome! A friend of mine has acreage in Surrey I might do my initial shooting there. Then I'll check out the clubs you guys suggested. I don't mind long driving, lotsa fun to go other places.

Have you guys been to DVC or The Range in Langley? For now I'm only shooting lead bb's but when I get my RPAL planing to shoot both c02 and powder.

I have not personally been to any of those ranges. I currently reside on Vancouver Island and as such don't make trips to the mainland to go shooting. I'd liketo check out the one in mission at some point as it seems they do a lot of Field target (something I'd really like to try) and the gun clubs in Vancouver Island are very difficult to get in to. So for now it's just informal plinking at around the 35-40yard mark. Don't let not having a PAL stop you from getting a couple of co2 or break Barrel guns. Are you souly interested in steel BB guns? I find the accuracy a little less than ideal, and though I do have a few BB guns I generally stick to lead pellets.

I've heard that DVC is quite limited in what you can shoot, and very busy. I've heard good things about Langley, though. Never been to either, myself.
