If you mean firearms, yes- many here who own firearms, just as there are many

here who own air rifles that are classified as "real" guns, ie: firearms.

As kids walking home from school, we used to stop at the butcher shop & watch the workers butcher hogs and cattle.

Dressing game is pretty much the same - get the insides out.

That is were I learned to 'dress' the game I shot after I was 12 yrs old, using my Ace single shot .22. My uncle, a CPL in the

mount police at that time, gave it to me for my 12th birthday. "Things" were different back then. Perhaps we 'grew up' earlier in

than today. We certainly developed responsibility at an earlier age. I had shown him I was proficient with the guns he instructed us

with. At age 15, I got my first hunting license and then could hunt legally. We ate a lot of things that tasted unlike chicken, but were said to.

That was almost 54 years ago.

When I first started shooting airguns, I purchased both the Umarex SA-177 and Umarex Beretta Elite 2. The SA-177 is similar to the APX in operation. It also has the stick mag and double action. The only difference is the APX has a higher muzzle velocity; averaging 395 fps. It's a good pistol to start off with for plinking. If you move on to target shooting in the near future, look for a pellet pistol or rifle. They're more accurate than a BB shooter.
