Hi guys, I already have my RPAL and my hunting license. I've been a member of a local shooting club for a few years. I just bought my 1st airgun (Crosman P1322), some airgun oil and a box of 500 Crosman pointed pellets :D ). I bought everything online and I'm yet to receive them. In the mean time, so many questions have risen: what, where, when and how??? That's how I got to you guys. Are airgun laws similar to regular firearms? Are there differences? I tried to find information online and couldn't. Nobody's sure of anything regarding airguns laws. I'm thrilled I found this forum. It's a blessing :).

By the way my name is Walid and I'm from Laval, Quebec.

Hi, Walid - welcome to the CAF!

Lots of helpful members here and I am sure someone will answer your questions...

The main air gun laws are over and under 500 fps: over means you need your PAL; under means NO PAL required.

Pistols are a bit different: under 500 means no PAL needed; over 500 means an RPAL required and must be used only at an approved gun range.

Enjoy!!

:)

I have a sick sense of humor or maybe none at all. I realise not all from French Canada have perfect English. Did not mean to offend anyone with my off humor. CHEERS!

Welcome to the forum! You'll enjoy that 1322, especially if you like Tinkering! Lots of mods and accessories for it to super it up and make it nice =).
