Hello! I've had a spring piston pistol for plinking most of my life, and shot .22 rifles (firearms) in Scouts and at the Pointe-Claire Rifle Club (.22 rifles) a long time ago. Life got busy, so parked my hobby for over 20 years, but never lost interest. Now I have a place to shoot air guns again and have dusted off (and oiled!) my spring piston. Looking to buy an air rifle and work on my marksmanship. |

Hi and Welcome from the Eastern Townships! Lot of knowledge and opportunities to learn (and buy!) here. What kind of spring piston pistol is yours? |

Welcome engineermarko! And beware the addiction. Hope you didn't oil the internals of your pistol. |

Hi all, thanks for the greetings. I bought my pistol at an army surplus shop in England in the 80s. It's a Chinese .177 break barrel like the "Pioneer" model - no idea of the specs - something I do want to find out. Engraved with "Made in China" and the Chinese characters for "China" on the top of the barrel. Heavy metal barrel and solid bakelite-like hand grip. It's a heavy gun, but comfortable to hold and fun for short range plinking and targets. I needed to oil it to remove the surface rust. What're you favorite air guns? |

Just got the Umarex Beretta M92A1. I know about the accuracy and safety catch issues, but it is one nice gun to hold and fire! |
