I am almost positive it's a 5 and not a 6 but it's so worn it's tough to know for sure. I suppose a bit of rush over a 6 makes it look like a 5. Just went out and got some pellets. Unfortunately it still doesn't want to fire. |

Mine has pits n crud aswell but i can see mine definitely is a "61" but looks like a "51" due to the crud lol |

You can buy a brand new B1 at Princess Auto for 39.99 but they are not very good. B1 is what they call those rifles now. |

Hey guys, i have the same rifle. just got my hands on it from my grandfather and i want to pull her down and bring it back to life. i'm not 100% sure if its a shanghai 61 or a pioneer as its had a rail attached over the logo. what i cannot find on the net is the main spring size so i can replace it. does anyone here know the specifications? the spring in the gun is broken and half is missing. TIA |
