Before someone else says it if you upgrade your phantom so that it shoots at velocities over 500fps it will become pal rated

but if you have your PAL you can buy a rebuild kit for Phantom/Optimus 1000 from Scope and Ammo for about 50$ and get full power from it

If it has a bleed hole, you can plug it for more power at no cost. Otherwise get the rebuild kit, or better yet the gas ram conversion. If you search this topic, it has been covered in detail in the past.

Nitro piston. More money but super consistent less maintenance and a great deal quieter - not to mention way easier on the ear that is closest to the stock. Some hate em some like em. Never had a high dollar springer but had a converted phantom that was dead accurate with this upgrade using iron sites. Some people put new triggers in to. Do a forum search for this stuff it's out there. Youtube it as well there are piles of vids on how to do it.
