Post subject:  KWC parts availability?

I have a few KWC pistols and one that now needs some repair. I am having no luck finding any source for replacement parts. Does anyone have any ideas? Specifically, I need the loading nozzle for a KWC (branded as Swiss Arms) 1911.
Is there some top secret source for KWC parts? Perhaps the same place we get common items like Unicorn Farts and Pixie Dust?

The parts for 6 mm version are easily available from a number of airsoft dealers in Canada. Much more difficult for 4.5 mm steel BB version. First, I guess you could check if the loading nozzle for an airsoft version of the 1911 would fit the 4.5 mm steel BB version (perhaps with some fitting job).
The other way around is to contact KWC directly through their contact website page:

Hi Rav,

I recall sending an similar inquiry to KWC a few months ago on another issue, but no results. But, I just tried again at your suggestion, so we'll see! The closest I ever came was calling PALCO directly, but even they said that KWC parts were about as common as leprechaun teeth.

I have a couple of airsoft pistols, and I think (I'll look again tonight to confirm) that there is a significant size difference in the opening of the nozzle.

If you happen to know of / hear about anyone with one of these (or similar) that wants to part it out, please let me know!

Thanks for your help!

Actually, and to my surprize, I have made contact with "Emily" at KWC and have received a parts diagram! I have sent her a list of the parts needed and my shipping info and am just waiting for her to advise of total $.

So, it would seem that KWC has shown some improvement on the customer service front, even though it still appears we have to deal directly with Taiwan!

That’s great!
KWC doesn't have any direct reps in Canada that's why Taiwan is the only option. All KWC products are sold here by middlemen (Cybergun, Palco Sports, Umarex etc).
By the way, I ordered some small things from Taiwan couple months ago and a regular parcel was just CDN $5.35. I got a parcel within 14 days without any issues.

Thanks, Rav...that's very encouraging and I hope things go as well for this order! It's taking longer to resolve, I think, because by the time she starts her day in Taiwan and gets around to my email, it's her lunch time...where I am sound asleep!
