Got this stuff given to me was wondering if it's ok to use with my Benjamin classic .22. The oil is Outers gun oil is it ok?

Where do you plan on using it?

*Scent Out Odorless Gun Oil is the only one* in that list that says "synthetic"
For areas operating under load (eg: trigger, breach bolt/washers) use moly at least 60%. Different types of lubes for different areas for sure.
Applying a petroleum based lube around the compression tube seal area in a springer is almost sure to cause a detonation inside the tube.
Needless to say, but since it concerns safety: do need to say - exercise caution.

If that particular oil is for powderburners, I would NOT use it near the airgun seals. At some point in time I made experiments with rubber o-rings and a few powderburner cleaning oils. After a while in contact between rubber and oil the seal was transformed into a chewing gum. Powderburner cleaning oils contain a lot of aggressive chemicals dissolving residues like copper, zinc, tin etc.etc. which are released during shooting powder cartridges. Airguns don’t have that problem.
What I use for cleaning/rust preserving of steel firearms/airguns is Ballistol oil (Ballistol.ca). It is absolutely benign for airgun seals. After finishing shooting I wipe the steel surfaces using a cotton cloth slightly soaked in Ballistol. A few times. That’s it.
For breakbarrel rifles, every 1000 shot or so I put a drop of Crosman silicone chamber oil into a transfer port. That’s it.

X2 on what rav said. That stuff might not hurt the gun, but I'd pass since I/we don't know for sure. Same with Ballistol. Both are probably fine for rust protection outside and the bore, but the internals have much greater lube needs than a firearm so even if that stuff was ok to use it would be better to use other things. Different parts of a springer can benefit most from different lubes in different places, so while you can use just one lube, it's better to have a few so each part gets what's best for it. The piston and linkage needs grease imo, but how much and how often depends on the guns design and modifications. The linkage pivot pin on most guns cannot be removed to grease it so I use good synthetic motor oil, but the other ends should be greased. The piston isn't too hard to grease, but many aren't interested in the effort so some thick syn motor oil can be dripped in. The barrel pivot bolt and catch should be greased, but again motor oil works too. The chamber should be lubed now and then too, but with what is a hot topic.
