Hey guys~I'd like to get my QB-79 shooting HPA, but have NEVER owned anything but pumpers...springers..and CO2 guns. I'm a babe in the woods! :) I did consider running a remote bottle, and was ABOUT to round-up the gear for that...but then saw a photo of a QB with a JRA spacer. Allowed for mounting of an HPA bottle (=clearance for the gauge) the way the QBs are supposed to be fed.

What do I need to do this safely...where do I get a JRA spacer..is all this stuff available in Canada, etc. I'd consider buying someone's QB already set-up like this and I'll keep the CO2 gun as it is...but HPA would be better for my cold weather pest control. Velocity wise~the gun is hitting hard enough as it is, but I wouldn't shy away from a little more juice. I have a PAL.

Thanks guys,
OG

You can buy a 13ci bottle from Eric at scopes and ammo. It will screw right in to the existing drop block and its regulated at 850psi. Not sure what you're looking for power wise but at 850 in 177 should do 700 fps and about 600 in .22cal.
