The trigger on my 2240 is horrible. I am aware that there are mods that can be done to the stock sear and trigger that will improve it, but I really want a two-stage trigger and was wondering if the after market triggers from Crosman are any good? They offer an adjustable one and non-adjustable...

If not, does anyone know of a good one to purchase?

Thanks in advance,

Len

You might be interested in http://www.hpasports.com/crosman/65-13- ... ilver.html. You would need to buy a grip . There is also the prod trigger group but either need to modify the hammer or purchase a p rod hammer . I went with the second option. Love it

Get the Adjustable one, the price is steep but it works.
Also , it is advisable to get the slop(side to side) movement out of the trigger asm.
Please do not adjust it too light, make sure the trigger pass the "Bump" test.

I ordered the adjustable one from Scopes and Ammo ...$39.99 +tax/shipping = $64....I was gonna get the non adjustable but my wife talked me into the right one...
All I have to do is shim the trigger pin?
Although, I don't really feel any slop with mine actually...maybe I'm just not noticing it though...I may feel the difference after it is shimmed
