Anyone know what size thread this is, and is it the same size as that on the frame screws i.e. the one just in front of the trigger guard and at the back that holds on the hammer spring cap? |

AFAIK, yes, they are all 8-32 thread.... Bob |

I don't need the actual grub screw, just some normal ones so wondered what the thread size was. I am going to attach a length of metal or plastic between the barrel band screw and the one in front of the trigger guard so need to swap out the originals for ones slightly longer due to the thickness of the bridging piece. To that, I am then going to attach a short rail for bipod or grip. |
