I'm taking an old Ruger Explorer off of a friend, as he no longer needs it. The only downside to it is it's missing a screw holding the thing together. As a result, when you break open the barrel, the metal parts pop out. I simply need to know if anyone knows where i could pick up a spare screw for the rifle (preferably online), or what size it would be ETC.

All and any help is appreciated!

Image of screw in question: (Blurry, had to take picture off of internet, proved difficult to find!)

If I'm right, what we see in the picture is the scope stop screw, it has nothing to do with retaining the action in the stock. Look under the rifle, in front of the trigger guard if there's not a screw missing there...

Here: http://www.randrairgunrepair.com/home.html you'll probably be able to get the parts you need for your Explorer.
