Not many people have that kinda gun, but I'm bettin it's a very simple design so if all else fails you could post detailed pix and we could figure it out. If/when you succeed maybe you could take some pix and add a few arrows and text to explain for the next guy. Do unto others and all that... Most people just get their cookie and don't worry about about others in the same boat. If can't edit the pix you can send them to me. |

Here they are first pictures my guess how it goes except the triggers extreamly stiff.and doesnt feel right 2nd picture is all the pieces and 3rd is how it was when i opened it...extreamly confusing how to put back together

For some reason when i break the barrel after shooting probably 100 rounds i cant get tge spring to lock back (it wont cock) any ideas? |

Is it cocking back all the way and the sear is just not catching it, or is not cocking quite all the way like something is blocking the last little bit? If it's working normally then the last little bit should cause the trigger blade of snap fwd a bit, or at least the sear just above it will with a sharp click. I'm assuming the trigger blade will as well since it appears the sear is what moves the trig blade fwd, but I can't say for sure unless I know what that looong leg of the trig blade is. Wth is that? I'll assume the former, and if so then the sear is no doubt not working right. Duh, so I should say something is causing the issue, like if a spring were to pop off or break if could cause it. Or a spring not installed correctly which is a common prob w/ a variety of triggers peep mess with. A bit of debris, like a chunk of plastic broken off can cause issues too. Sometimes if can be stiction from a lack of lube and/or burrs on the parts. These are typically made of stamped steel parts so they will have an edge left over, the question is that edge being a problem. I sand all those edges round n smooth, mostly b/c it just bugs the hell outta me but it also eliminates any possible issues. So are you sure the springs are all in the right spots? Sure or just pretty sure? Sometimes the leg of a spring needs to be placed in the correct spot or it'll cause some binding on the sear, so double check the springs all look right, meaning the parts can move how they move w/o a spring leg scraping it. It's normal for some scraping, just be sure the leg is in the ideal spot to minimize it. Burrs compound this scraping issue so one more reason to remove all of them. I'm guessing it wouldn't take much stiction or a burr on the end of that loong leg to hold up the trigger, which would mean the sear cannot set and you'd have what you described. A troubleshooting tip when the gun is assembled is to fully cock and hold the barrel there, then pull the trigger to see if that allows it to set. In your case, I'd also try pushing the trigger fwd. If it works you'll likely hear a click when the sears catch. Other things that can cause it to hang up are screws that are too tight. Often plastic will flex under that screw(s) and pinch parts. Look on both sides of the housing for any scrape marks that suggest a part is hanging up, including wherever that long leg of the trigger is going. When the trig is apart you can manually simulate the cocking and firing of the trigger. Apart meaning the side cover is off but all the parts are in, and I'm guessing you'll have to hold the one long leg of that one spring to simulate it's normal position. Then look for issues while cycling it. |

Ya so it cocks back but its not catching like it wont lock nothings block or stoping the full movement it just wont catch on what ever it catchs wich i doubt was that long spring thay snapped? |

And it didnt snap in the trigger pack the piece that snaped was the piece coming out |
