Could it be because my big tank is getting low?

that's a possibility
if your tank is about the same psi or lower then you HW110
then yes.....you don't have a gauge on the tank ?

Is there no gauge on the big tank to tell you what is in it? If it has more than 160 bar, it will fill beyond that pressure.

The click happens as the filling tank exceeds what is in the gun - ie: disengaging the valve/seal.

Maybe I am not understanding what you are trying to say.

I think it's because my tank is low I thought you can fill it full as long as there is air in the tank...

Sorry new to pcps and filling
Gun fills fine to 200 bar

But if your tank is lower then 200 bar or equal pressure you cant fill it any more then what the pressure is in the tank. Even tho you can fill it 10 times to 150 bar if the pressure is lower then 200 you wont get a 200 bar fill.

Kinda like the big Nitrogen tank. If it's at or close to 4,500psi, you can fill 2 big 80cu.in. carbon tanks almost to 4,500psi
- one anyway, the other a bit lower. The pressure seems to go down quickly from there to 3,000psi & just under, but remains
from 3,000psi down to 2,500psi for quite a while - like months, it seems. The black tank is Nitrogen that I rent from Praaxair,
which has just changed hands. The short grey tank is CO2, steel tank is 60cu fit. scuba tank and my 2 large carbon fiber tanks
are in the cardboard box. Some fly rods in the closet.

Ya it's weird how you can keep filling it but it has to be same pressure or higher.

Lol that rusty tank looks dangerous
