I have a couple of professional sizes kits, with 100+ "O" rings, but the problem is that there are so many diameters and cross-sections that no kit of any reasonable size will have the rings needed for many requirements. I keep visiting a local hydraulics supply for additional sizes and keep adding. I have hundreds of "O" rings and still routinely come up dry on sizes needed. It's just life, IME.

Measure and order six or a dozen when some size is needed is all I can recommend.

It's not likely the answer which you wanted but the best I can do.

Many metric "O" rings can be replaced by inch sized rings which are often easier to obtain this side of the waters.

Lubing a ring, then sliding it into place in a slightly stretched installation can work a treat as it reduces the cross-section while increasing the diameter.

Find out what O rings, your airgun uses and go from there. Base your kit on that. I started buying stock piles, Because I was noticing that I was paying 2.50 + from Crosman, then shipping.

I have several 70 and 90 D o ring kits, but I needed to buy other sizes It didn't come with. Like O ring for 22 cal probes, or there was a #117 ( P17 piston seal )I needed to buy. Honestly if I was going to do it again, I just buy packs of what I needed.. Because those kits there are alot of sizes I won't use..

As was already said, visit or call your local hydraulics shops and industrial supply stores with a list of o-ring sizes that you need. I live in a small city but found at least 6 shops that stock nitrile o-rings and can order whatever I need in urethane or other material. You can also buy o-ring kits from Princess Auto, Tool Town and other places.

The starting place is to figure out the sizes you need. I'm guessing the numbers are all posted here in the history. Otherwise, one of the members will be able to help you out with sizes.

You can also surf Canadian web sites such as Grainger and Fastenal. You might even have these stores locally. We have them in this small city. Sometimes you get lucky and find what you need at a local plumbing store or hardware store.

thanks guys. when i first decided to try and replace some-- i wen,t to a local hydraulic place and the guy there gave me the 4 o rings i asked for for my p 17. he just didn,t seem very interested. thats when i thought of buying a small box of different sizes. i may never even use any. but figured they might come in handy if i ever do needed a couple someday.

If you are resealing a CO2 gun, be aware that some of the o rings for plumbing absorb CO2 and makes then swell - sometimes to quite a size.

TKS for this thread. I went to PA and bought the $19.00 "kit". After getting home, I took Gordo's Talon apart, replaced 2 rings and done - holds air again.
His rifle has the stepped adapter to lower the bottle, but got it figured out and repaired.
Now, to fix his Crossman 1701P that is losing air.
