fill nipple has a very small o-ring
you can disable the nipple and replace it
also if it was leaking from the shut off valve there is a small
peace of practice at the end just make sure its not very badly
scared up sometimes you can remove it and flip it over see pic

So it leaks from the gauge as its filling then when u close the nozzle it leaks from the nipple if I super tighten the nozzle by hand it stops the leak from the nipple to the point you can only hear it if you put your ear over the nipple....I didnt see any o ring on the nipple were does it go?

I have seen Foster nipples leak in the threads. If the thread is a NPT (tapered) then make sure to use teflon tape or other thread sealant on it. To test HPA for leaks I use a party balloon, slip it or wrap the inlet over the fitting enclosing the join you want to test and make sure the air is all squeezed out. You can also use a bubbly liquid like Snoop or make your own with dish soap and water and apply carefully to the joint, look for bubbles. The one-way check valve in the Foster also has an o-ring, it's the one Ace is talking about. They give out from time to time. I just replace the Foster when mine go, I buy them from Aliexpress or Ebay.

Must be a check valve in the valve body somewhere.
