Easy fix, get a HW97K and never look back! (Sorry, not sorry ... just couldn't resist).
Actually I'm surprised at how thin that part is and that it looks to be made of die cast zinc or pot metal alloy. I think your best bet would be to get an aftermarket made of steel, so hopefully one of the machinists here can help out. Is this a common problem for TX200? perhaps shooting with the fixing screws loose or massive over tightening of the countersunk screw in the bottom is the issue.

Forged aluminum crap on a high end rifle!

I found one in the States, I'd be looking into getting one made out of stainless?

lol got a 97K already this is my first TX-200 after hearing so much about them
through the years i never thought it would have such a weak part i must say I'm very disappointed
like i said above i was hopping to get the one from Jim Maccari made of stainless but they emailed me back
and said it was discontinued :(
if i had the tooling id make it myself but unfortunately i don't

Small block of steel, hacksaw, files, patience and a drill. About 2 hours max., I'd estimate.

Doesn't Macarri still sell the cast aluminum ones? They show on his website. Cast aluminum is better than nothing. In all my years I have never had one fail. I always use a torque driver and do not tighten above 25 lb.

Forged should be much stronger than cast.

I'm surprised that you didn't take Daryl's suggestion.

Judging by the photo you have balls enough.

yes Tim I'm in the prosses of trying to get one of those from Macarri, the stainless ones are discontinued
I never over tighten it might have been before i got it, and there was a bit of movement in the stock that's fixed
now so all should be good with a new part installed ones i get one
