Looking for a rear sight screw for a Crosman 130. Apparently the thread is a 4-42.

I didn’t read the disassembly instructions and typically broke the screw.

Are you sure it isn't 4x40? I've never heard of a 4x42.
48 TPI yes, as in a 6x48. If 4x40 is the correct thread, a hobby shop that sells model airplanes and parts will have them,
in socket head at least, but likely flat blade screw heads as well.
