This product is super fantastic. I went from a waist size of 40" to a trim 33". Very ergonomic and storable. Fits in my corner nicely when I don't need it. Now that I have one, I cannot see myself without it. My beer belly thanks the Hill Pump, and so do my guns.

The Hill Pump, in conjunction with a healthy diet consisting of low carbs, high protein and plenty of fiber is a sure way to lose weight while having fun. Even family members are saying I look better now.

Ive often considered my need for a hill pump in my exercise routine.
From you testimony I am convinced that it is the key to weight loss.
Better get on the PCP thing...lol.. great write up.

It is also good for your heart exercise.

Hill pump is also known as PCP

PHYSICAL CARDIO PUMP

Those two have the Hill Program, but I have the FX HTC (Heart Attack Creator). Really, it's not that bad and I get more shots per pump than any pump rifle or pistol I have ever owned. The bonus is that you get not only a cardiac workout, but a lower back, biceps, and full arm workout pumping up a rifle or pistol. Have fun.

I weigh 180lbs and I have to lift both feet off the ground to get the pump to go all the way down at 2500 psi...LOL :shock: :shock: :shock: :lol:

Technique, man, technique. Do not just use your arms to pump, but use your entire upper body to come down and add velocity to your arms during the down stroke. It takes some getting use to, but I have never found the pump difficult or tedious. I can usually pump any rifle of mine up in less than 5 minutes and the pistol might take a minute and a half at the most. Being 200 pounds (the last time I got on a set of scales) helps a bit, but I have heard of guys at 240 having a hard time. sirjeigo is much less than 180 and has no trouble, but youth is on his side.

I started like that but not anymore I found the technique, you got to
accelerate going down (jerk it .. lol..) .....
Pull the handle up, push the handle down untill your whole arms straight
downward and jerk down, keep steady upper body by bending your knees
I can do over 3000 psi without having to lift my feet off the ground.
Yes, I'm alot less than 180 ..... :D

Ya, about 125 strokes from 1000 psi to 2900 psi and good for about
84 shots with my HW100 - non stop shooting @hi-vel.....
B51D - over 150 shots .....

2289 - 8 pumps every shot - 125 strokes = 15.6 shots ..... lol.....
@low velocity.
Imagine .... 150 shots ..... x8= 1200 strokes ....
I'll be having stroke before finishing one tin of pellets in one afternoon
under the sun ......
