I'm really happy to see this new Field Target section added. Thanks!

I want to encourage all you who are reading to ask as many questions as you may have about Field Target.

But what would really be cool is for you to come out to Field Target matches in 2008! Come out and have a good time. Don't worry about what you are shooting. There is a class for you, and everyone will go out of their way to make you feel welcome. You won't regret coming!

Matches are held in two locations in Ontario:
- Port Colborne - Port Colborne and District Conservation Club
- Elmira - Elmira & District Rod & Gun Club

There will be three shooting Division:
- PCP and PCP Limited
- Piston and Piston Limited
- Hunter

Looking forward to talking more about Field Target!

See you at a FT match in 2008!

I am sure many of you are where I was a couple of years ago. I had heard of Field target and PCP rifles but had never seen one.

Come on out to one of our competitions and chances are someone will let you take a couple of shots. If nothing else you will get to see a number of guns in use that you would never have the opportunity of seeing any other way.

Go on folks, you know you really want to give it a try...

I got hooked just over 21 years ago, and still love it, so, go on, what do you have to loose... an afternoon... and at least you will be shooting... so it's not a waste...is it :D
