I was loading up my shoot bag for GTAC tomorrow and decided to bring my "old" 853C so had to make sure it worked.
It does!
3 groups of 5 shots all in a dime from 21 feet off hand.
Nice way to end the day.

I could literally walk up with the muzzle one foot from the target and not hit a group like those off hand. :cry:

Yes rick and she is staying in this stable.

And what do you call off hand when you are resting a hip against something? seriously. I wasn't free standing which I am sure helps a little.

If memory serves, I believe the technical term is "cheating" but I may be mistaken. Not "seriously cheating" though. I think that's when your shoulder is resting against a wall. Kidding aside, that's some nice shooting!

Hello Murray,

I would call that a new style of "Hip Shooting".

If the Great Bob Munden can make a name for himself from his amazing feats of accurately shooting from the hip, then I see nothing wrong with you being hip about your airgunnery.

Awesome shooting with those tight groups.

Those Munden videos are amazing. I love the steel deflector he has built into his holster to deflect a misfire away from hi leg or foot. at some point I think hi stomach may start to affect his speed though.
