I often buy candy from the dollar stores to use as targets and because I have boxes to catch most of the debris clean up is relatively easy.
Chocolate balls on golf tees are one of my favorites.Hard candy and suckers come second but have the best effect when hit.
Well my son was cleaning his room he found these Rockets and his first thought was targets for me.Ain't that sweet.lol
I have never seen the jumbo ones but they are about an inch in diameter.
Since the wife and son are going out for a couple of hours tonight I think I will be playing a round of airgun candy crush to try them out.
Does anyone else use candy for targets ?

I bought a box of driveway chalk at a yardsale. About fifty sticks an inch dia and five inches long. I sliced them into disks with a band saw. To date, they are the best targets I have ever shot at. Nice puff of chalk dust, and good for the lawn to. I suspect the rockets will be similar.

Since returning to this sport of air guns I can't walk through a Dollarstore without seeing everything as a potential range target,
especially the toy soldiers

x2 dollar stores, flea markets, auctions, yard sales, pretty much every store. And when any new purchase is made, like boxed items or shirts with the cardboard inside, all are potential targets.

X2 on the chalk Joe.I'm about halfway through a box that I sliced up on the bandsaw and have another full box waiting.
The Rockets were more compressed so they shatter great but not much of a puff came off them.

Neat how those lollipops from Costco explode - but I couldn't possibly try this at home. Not in front of my guys anyway. Can you imagine the kind of mental abuse that'd cause a 4 and 6 year old that love these? And that's a shame as the large container is still only halfway full and they now look more enticing then ever.
Nice shooting. Is that with an Daisy under lever using BBs? At least that's what the action sounds like.

That's a Crosman 1077 being used in the video.
